RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
All viewings are by appointment only.
To schedule an appointment please email email@example.com or call 347.842.9717 during office hours. All rental rates are for a 7 day term. We do not offer any short term rentals. We do not offer any of our props for purchase. Items can be returned anytime within 7 days of the rental. Any items late beyond the 7 days will be charged for additionally per day.
We work hard to maintain the best possible condition for all of our props, however, all props are rented “as is”. In order to insure that the props meet your standard an in person inspection is sometimes recommended.
We are more than happy to schedule delivery for a customer. Let us know the delivery date and time, location and return pick up date and time and we will obtain a messenger quote from one of our preferred outside messenger companies. Or, alternatively, you are welcome to schedule your own messenger and be responsible for round trip transportation of the items.
All props come securely wrapped or boxed with bubble wrap. When returning rentals please use the same blankets or bubble wrap to keep items safe and damage free. Any unreturned blankets will be billed for.
We accept payment by credit cards or cash at the time of delivery or pick up. A credit card number is necessary to keep on file to cover any damages that may occur from customers usage. Customer is responsible for any damage to items. Price of damaged items will be determined by Hook Props, and will not surpass the current retail price of the item.
Damages may be billed as either as a repair, cleaning fee, or an amount for depreciation up to the full cost if destroyed.
Once an order is finalized and leaves our studio, payment is nonrefundable.
By placing an order, Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MHS Props and its agents and employees, against any claims of any sort resulting from any activity in connection with the products being leased.
